What’s your price per square foot?
We do not provide cost per square foot pricing for custom home plans. Cost per square foot is a challenging way to provide pricing for your custom home. Each custom home plan is vastly different from the rest. Do you have a Show Home we can visit?
We do not have a dedicated Show Home for you to drop into. However, if you reach out to us we would be happy to take you through any homes that we have completed that are available to walk through. In addition to any walkthroughs, we are happy to complete a meeting at our office to show you some past projects that are relevant to your home building goals.
Do you have existing lot inventory?
Yes, we hold an inventory of lots to build on and have access to many options. We may have a lot in a location that appeals to you and if we don’t we are pretty good at locating one!
What’s an average build time?
The average build time (once the City Permits are approved) is 6-7 months.
