Vida Nova – Portuguese for “New Life” – is an infill home builder that specializes in Bringing New Life to Mature Neighbourhoods.
Vida Nova was founded in 2012 and the first homes were built in Alberta Avenue, a pre-World War II neighbourhood, where Vida Nova built its first Front to Back Duplex.
Since this time Vida Nova has constructed many Front to Back Duplexes, Single Family Homes, Secondary Suites, Townhomes and Investment Builds. In more recent years, Vida Nova has worked alongside families to assist them in building their dream homes within their preferred communities.
